What makes a good podcast is hard to determine depending on the individual. So I have tried to include a variety that means you can become a fan of at least one of these five podcasts. So based on their content, quality, listener ratings, and relevancy to the current market situation, here is my list of the five best trading podcasts:

    1. Invest Like The Best

This podcast hosted by Patrick O’Shaughnessy provides listeners with an in-depth look into the world of investing by interviewing some of the best investors in the world. Each episode dives deep into a particular topic related to investing such as hedge funds, venture capital, and private equity. It also features interviews with experts from various industries who provide valuable insights into how they approach investing.

What sets this podcast apart in the genre is its focus on exploring the thought processes and decision-making frameworks employed by successful investors. Patrick O’Shaughnessy does an excellent job of asking thought-provoking questions that encourage guests to share their wisdom and experience.

    Podcast Format

The podcast follows an interview format, with each episode lasting between 60-90 minutes. This longer format allows for deep and meaningful conversations that go beyond surface-level discussions. Patrick is an engaging host who guides the conversation skillfully, ensuring that each episode delivers valuable insights and actionable takeaways for listeners.

One unique aspect of “Invest Like The Best” is the “Hash Power” series, which delves into the world of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. This mini-series showcases Patrick’s ability to explore emerging trends and technologies in the investing landscape, making the podcast a must-listen for those who want to stay ahead of the curve. This is why it is at the top of the 5 best trading podcasts.

    2. We Study Billionaires

The Investor’s Podcast Network – One of the best trading podcasts focuses on studying successful investors and entrepreneurs to gain insight into their strategies for success. It covers topics such as asset allocation, portfolio management, financial planning, and more. Each episode features interviews with industry leaders who share their experiences and advice on how to become a successful investor or entrepreneur.

One of the standout features of this podcast is its focus on distilling complex investment concepts into easily digestible and actionable advice for listeners. Whether it’s discussing the intricacies of value investing or exploring the nuances of risk management, Preston and Stig do an excellent job of breaking down the information in a way that is both engaging and informative.

    Podcast Format

Each episode of “We Study Billionaires” typically lasts between 60-90 minutes and follows a conversational format between the hosts, often accompanied by guest interviews. The podcast also features occasional “Mastermind Discussions,” where the hosts are joined by other investment experts to discuss specific stocks, sectors, or investment strategies in greater detail.

Preston and Stig have a natural chemistry that makes for enjoyable listening, and their passion for the subject matter shines through in each episode. Their ability to balance in-depth analysis with relatable anecdotes ensures that the podcast remains accessible to listeners of all experience levels.

    3. The TradingView Show

A unique take on the world of the stock market and crypto trading, The TradingView Show live stream and podcast talks to traders and long-standing members of the TradingView community. Each show offers separate insights into different aspects of trading and technical analysis. In a unique style, this podcast is highly educational with current and relevant content about chart patterns, indicators, trading strategies, risk management, market psychology and more. Whilst the show is relatively young, it has already won over many people of the trade (pun intended).

What sets this podcast apart from others in the genre is its in-depth exploration of the tools and features available on the TradingView platform, a popular web-based charting software used by traders and investors worldwide. The hosts provide practical tips and advice on how to make the most of the platform’s functionalities, making it an invaluable resource for TradingView users.

    Podcast Format

In addition to these segments, the podcast also includes in-depth discussions on specific stocks and industries, as well as interviews with CEOs and other prominent figures in the world of finance.

    5. Swing Trading The Stock Market

Ryan Mallory focuses specifically on swing trading which is a short-term strategy used by traders to capitalize on price movements over a few days or weeks instead of months or years like traditional investing strategies require. Ryan Mallory provides a detailed analysis of different stocks that are suitable for swing trading as well as tips on how to identify potential opportunities in the markets based on technical indicators such as support/resistance levels or chart patterns like head & shoulders formations or double tops/bottoms etc.

In addition to discussing specific trading strategies, Ryan Mallory also shares his insights on current market trends, individual stocks, and sectors, providing listeners with a comprehensive understanding of the financial landscape.

    Podcast Format
