Michael Saylor promised a party if Bitcoin hits $100,000 and he just doubled down a couple of hours ago. In a historic moment on the 4 or 5th of December 2024 (depending on where you are in the world Bitcoin realised the first phase of the potential it holds by reaching over the $100k mark.
It recorded an All Time High of $103,900.47 before retracing a little lower. And this price action is being retained at the time of writing despite of billion of dollars worth of sell orders from people who was decided to sell at the 100k mark.
There is a mix of jubilation, “I told you so” moments, and mockery of people that insisted that Bitcoin would never reach these heights, in social media. Let’s have a look at some of the best reactions.
